Hi, my name is Ela, and I am currently a senior at Hisar School in Istanbul, Turkey, aspiring to become an architect. I am interested in exploring architecture through the lens of human-centered spaces and ethical responsibility. This understanding drives my passion to create social impact with architecture through STEM projects and human rights activities.

My career goal is to work at the intersection of architecture and human rights, treating architecture as a combination of arts, form and public service.

My areas of Interest

Throughout my High School journey, I have explored various areas of interest. As I experimented with arts, and connected with my heritage and explored the ideas of ethical responsibility, I strived to help communities through combining my interest areas of architecture and culture with ethics and human rights perspectives in projects that assist underserved communities my projects as Science in a Box, Organizing Arts workshops, and exploring cities and architecture harmed by political violence.
